Unable to redeem LinkedIn Premium benefit — "Not eligible / select regions" error

Dear Adobe Support,

I am writing to request assistance with a promotional offer. I am attempting to redeem the 3-month LinkedIn Premium offer available through my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, but I am receiving the following error message:

"You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions."

I have already contacted LinkedIn Support regarding this, and they advised that since the issue relates to the redemption link provided through Adobe, I should reach out to your team for further investigation.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can successfully redeem the promotion?
