I’m having also thins kind of issue

I’m currently using a Creative Cloud plan.

I have not previously redeemed any free LinkedIn Premium trial, and I have also not been a paid LinkedIn Premium member within the last 12 months.

Please let me know the next steps.

@Tarun Saini @Rose DV I'm facing an issue while trying to claim the LinkedIn 3-month free trial benefit provided through Adobe membership benefits. I’m an Adobe Express Member.

When I try to redeem it, I get the following error message:

“You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.”

The thing is, I have never used LinkedIn Premium before since creating my account, so I'm confused about why I'm being marked as ineligible.

Has anyone else faced the same issue or found a workaround? Could someone please guide me on how to successfully claim this benefit?

I can't able to claim benefit of 3 month trail provided by adobe I'm getting this error while claiming- You are not eligible for this promotion This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately since you've had LinkedIn Premium within the last 12 months, you wouldn't be eligible for this particular promotion and there aren't any alternative redemption options available at this time. We're sorry we can't do more on this one!

Hi @Shreykris! Thanks for adding your voice to the thread - Great question! This offer is intended for members who are new to LinkedIn Premium. If you’ve had a paid subscription within the past year, it would make you ineligible for this particular promotion.

If you’re outside of that 12 month window, let me know, and I’ll see if there are other options!
