Unable to Remove Folders from Adobe Express

Hello, 

 

Im trying to remove 8 folders from Adobe Express, but i receive an error that there are still files in there (while i moved all the items that were in there or remove them). I also tried the solution explained in the following thread: 12951247 Can't delete folder in Adobe Express but I'm still unable to remove the folders.

 

I have attached some screenshots about the situation which shows that the folder i uses (Map2) is empty. But I'm receiving the error on Map1 to Map8 (the screenshots are in Dutch btw since thats the language of my account).

 

How can I go about removing these folders?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues deleting your folders.

 

Please ensure your browser is running on the latest version, then clear your browser's cache and cookies and retest if this is still an issue after testing. You may also try accessing Adobe Express from a different browser or/ and attempting renaming the folder first and then delete.

Hi Lynn,

I have tried all of that many times before. I'm having this issue for over
a year now.
All folders are empty and i have tried using different browsers on
different devices which are all running on the latest version.
Even on a new laptop it does not work.
