Unable to save removed background photo

Question

I have been using this feature for many times in the past so I do not know why it isn't letting me now. Every time I upload a photo and remove its background, the download button won't appear. Even if I upload the photo then manually remove the background and set it transparent, when I download it, the photo won't have a transparent background. I am paying a high membership and have all my credits, so is this a bug?? I need this feature to work soon because I use it for my architectural classes. :((((  You can see in the attached photo that there is nowhere for me to click download.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we could not reproduce this issue at our end. Would it be possible to setup debug a session so that we can assist further.

Meanhile could you let us know below info:
1. Browser

2. Machine OS

3. Size of the image uploading
