Unable to schedule Instagram stories on Adobe Express

Hello all. Does anyone know the reason why I'm unable to schedule/publish Instagram stories on Adobe Express? My Instagram is a business account too. Any help is appreciated, thanks all.

    Hi @DamonCreatives

    Is your story a video or static images? If it is static images this could be the cause. We currently only support video but I believe support for static is planned https://adobe.ly/4bxy9jW Please add your vote and comments to the page to show support for getting it added.

    Im having the same problem. My account is business and i cant upload photos as stories.

      Thanks, David, for getting back to me! Yes, I used the images in Adobe Express, edited them with information, and planned to share them on my business's Instagram story. The end result, I couldn't.. 😕😕

      You should be able to reach a live agent from that link but will need to continue past the self help recommendations. ^DB
