Have done all the troubleshooting to my knowledge.

Continually receiving failure notice.

Unable to connect to my instagram creator account.

Extremely frustrating.

Is having a facebook account enough... or do I require a facebook page?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience.

To schedule posts to your Instagram Creator account via Adobe Express, you do need to have your Instagram account connected to a Facebook Page. Having just a personal Facebook account is not sufficient for this feature to work properly.

Please make sure:

  • Your Instagram Creator account is linked to a Facebook Page (not just a personal profile).

  • Both accounts have proper permissions granted for Adobe Express.

  • You have logged into the correct Facebook account that manages the Page linked to your Instagram.

If you haven’t set up a Facebook Page yet, creating one and linking it to your Instagram Creator account should help resolve the scheduling issue.
