Unable to search for Fonts

Adobe fonts will show this screen every time I try to lookup a font (see attached) I can't even type something common in the search bar such as Arial. I've already reach out to Adobes' IT department, they suggested I remove this product then re-add it to the account like normal, and it should fix the issue, but never did. Has anyone else experinced this issue?

Thanks for reaching out. Can you try clearing cache and then try to log in to a new "Incognito" or "Private" browser window. If these steps do not work , kindly reach out to our experts here .
