unable to see full asset library, can use some assets

when i open my library to add an asset to my design, i am only able to scroll down a few frames. i can't access the rest of the library. I am able to use what i can see, but short of rearranging the library, how can i use other assets in my library??

I'd like to inform you that the issue you described has been resolved.

 

For any libraries you've already shared, please follow the mentioned steps:

 

After doing this, the shared libraries should show up in both locations:
https://assets.adobe.com/libraries
https://express.adobe.com/sp/libraries/shared

 

Note: For all new libraries that are shared, they will automatically show up in the 'Shared with you' view.

Thanks for reaching out; this shouldn't be happening.

Have you tried using another browser or on the incognito window? You may try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using?
