Unable to Share projects with team member

I have been unable to share any of my projects in Express with a new team member this morning. I have restarted my computer as well as my login to the web app. STILL not working!

Are you logged in to Adobe Express and able to see your project here: https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects?

 

If you can see your project, what happens when you click the person in a partial circle icon with the + in the lower left of the project thumbnail?

 

If you're using a different browser, try Chrome and make sure that it's updated.
