Unable to upload a licensed font for branding

Hello,

I tried to upload licensed fonts for branding in Adobe express. I always get an error message, the fornt requirement should be an otf-font. But my fonts are otf-fonts. What could I do?

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass du Schwierigkeiten beim Hochladen deiner Schriftarten hast.

Könntest du mir bitte evtl. per DN eine deiner Schriftarten schicken, damit wir uns das mal genauer ansehen und testen können?

Ich freue mich schon auf deine Rückmeldung und bedanke mich im Voraus.
