Unable to upload to Files folder in Creative Cloud online

I don't have the option to upload files to a folder stored on Creative Cloud online. I've been able to do this in the past when not at my desktop. Why can't I do it now? It's only an Ai file and a few jpegs.

Adobe changed the way the cloud storage works a while back

Due to this change, it is no longer possible to upload files directly as you were able to do previously. You can still save Photoshop or Illustrator files to your cloud storage, but you need to choose the option while working in Photoshop or Illustrator to save your file to the web as a Cloud Document https://adobe.ly/4ny1iA3

Image files can be uploaded directly inside Adobe Express or added to your libraries.
