unable to use brand theme

Question

Hi, I am trying to use a fairly new company-wide brand which everyone else on our team is currently using with success. When I try and use it in a project and click "Publish and Share Link" I receive these messages:

First: "You have a project that is currently saving. Please wait for it to finish before editing another project." I do not have another project saving - is there something stuck trying to run in the background? If so, how do I go about fixing that issue?

Second: "Unable to Publish. Pages containing shared brands can't be published at this time. Please switch to a brand you own or continue without a brand."

As I said above, one team member put together the updated brand and everyone else on the team has been successfully using it for a couple of months. I've tried clearing the cache, updating Express, restarting, etc. and I'm not having any luck. Please help!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Since when are you having trouble with this issue? Have you tried signing out and then back in?

1. Could you try sharing the screenshot of the issue when you receive the "You have a project that is currently saving. Please wait for it to finish before editing another project." message. You may also try working on incognito/private browser mode to see if that makes any difference.

2. For the second issue, could you try duplicating the project containing shared brands and publishing it? You can also try clicking on the 'Leave' option and asking your team member to share the brand again with you.
