Under the Free plan, how long a video can we make? How long a video does FB allow us to put on FB?

Facebook states that video is limited to a 10GB file size and 240 minutes long. You can find more about this on their Video Upload Specs here.

For Adobe Express Video, there is no imposed limit on video length for either a free or premium account. However, there are practical limits where the app becomes slower, and operations may fail as the video being created becomes larger and longer.
