Thanks for reaching out. This shouldn't be happening. Would you mind telling us if you're connected to a home or work network? Since when are you having trouble with this issue? Have you made any changes to the browser (like adding plugins or changing permissions)?

 

You may try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using. You may also try working on incognito/private browser mode.

Good Morning!
I'm connected to a home network.
This error has been happening for at least 30 days, but there are days when everything is normal, but this has been the exception.
I didn't make any changes in the browser (I use Chrome).
I cleared the browser cache and cookies. I will test if the problem is resolved.
