Unsupported file type error when uploading video

Good instinct checking the codec and testing elsewhere first!

I'd like to get this in front of our team, and a few details will help them look into it:

→ Web or the mobile app? (if web, which browser + version)
→ What device and OS are you on?
→ Where did the video come from - filmed on a phone, exported from an app, downloaded somewhere? If it was exported, which app?
→ Just this one file, or every video you try to upload?

And if you're up for one more: dropping the file into MediaInfo (free, Mac + Windows) and pasting back the Video "Format" line gives them the exact spec. Totally optional - the questions above are the main thing.

Once you send those over I'll pass it all along.
