I was charged for either a subscription or membership and I thought I had cancelled. I would like to cancel this subscription before the next monthly charge please. Thanks!

You didn't say where you purchase the plan or when you cancelled. It takes a few days to process.

 

 

Adobe Staff can see if you have a subscription, no one on these forums can process a refund.
