Upgrade not working?

I upgraded to premium via IOS in the app store ($99.99/yr) but my account isn't reflecting it so I can't access premium features.

Which features are you trying to use? There are some issues with some of the mobile features (as of this post)

Thanks for reaching out; this shouldn't be happening.

Could you try signing out and then back in from your account to check if that makes any difference?

Also, would you mind sharing your registered Adobe ID via personal message to check on our end?
