Uploading to creative cloud shared library

Hi, So someone from my company was recently let go and had created a bunch of brand assets we all used. Once they were let go, we no longer have access to the library itself. But i have an older version that was sent to me.

I'm trying to upload it to a shared library so that my colleagues can make use of the assets but it keeps saying File format not supported. It's an After Effects file and i would like it to be available on Premiere Pro.

Would love any tips or if you guys have any follow up questions please let me know.
