User who is licensed for All Apps - Edition 4 is getting prompted to sign up for Adobe Express trial

We have an employee here who had no issues using Adobe Express last week but as of yesterday morning, their projects are missing and they are being prompted to sign up for a free trial. They are licensed for "All Apps - Edition 4" which lists Adobe Express as included.

 

Any thoughts as to what is going on? Other Creative Cloud apps are working just fine.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please confirm whether they were using a desktop or mobile platform?
Ask them to check on both devices to see if they encounter the same prompt and are unable to view the projects.
