Using "Design Assets" for Company Logo

Does anyone know if you can utilize Adobe Express "Design Assets" and texts freely for company logos and sell products with that logo on them? I have read the usage documents but I don't really see anything explicitly detailing the design assets.

    Thank you for the links! So, I have reviewed those links prior to this and where I'm confused is I don't want to utilize Adobe Stock photo images. I was looking at modifying Design Assets in Adobe Express. Before I look to sell merchandise with that logo on it, I want to make sure there aren't any issues with that!
