using online cropping tool only downloads audio of the file, i dont get any video.

hi, im using the adobe free video cropper to crop the video project, and the video goes through the whole process of uploading and processing, however, when i download, i only get a small, 30mb file (the vieo is over 12 minutes long), and the result is a completely empty video, only audio why is the tool not working properly? thanks

Hi, can you tell us more about the size, the format and all infos about the video file.
My first thought is to convert to MP4 abd after crop the file. Let me find if there is a rextriction around the file size, format or the duration of the video.
