Video and audio not in sync

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I have a few related questions. Do you know which app or device created the file with the sync issue? What file type is it and how large is the source file? Is the file out of sync from the beginning, or does it get more and more out of sync as it plays? If you export the file from Express and play it back outside of Express, is it out of sync there, too? Are you using Express in a web browser or on your mobile device? Please get back to us with more info when you get the chance. These details will help us better understand the issue.
