Video blurs when uploaded to Adobe express

Question

video blurs  when uploaded  to adobe express , its frustrating . It beats the entire purpose of  having  express . considering alternate now .  I have tried all  resolutions available on net  , cleared  cache, using different browser ,incognito mode  etc... no avail .

Can you share the original resolution, frame rate, and file size of the video? Does it happen with every video you upload or just a specific one? Would you be able to share the video with us so we can review and test it on our end?
