Video Download Slow - Issue?

When i try to download videos created by me of whatever duration it takes a lot of time to download. I don't know the reason earlier it used to download faster but now it takes more than 5 minutes or more to download a 5 sec clip or video.

    Which browser and device are you using? I'm using Chrome i have tried in phone and my laptop both. The results are same.

     

    Does switching to a different browser or an incognito window make any difference?

    No i haven't tried it yet.

     

    Have you tried a different network? Yes both network speed are excellent.

    Thanks for confirming you've taken those steps ​@wonderful_Ripplec70e, the next step for us would be that HAR file I mentioned, just to see what might be going on under the hood.

    Here's how to generate one while the slow download happens: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/generate-har-file.html

    It'd also help to take a look at the project itself:

    • Duplicate the project first, so your original stays untouched
    • Click Share in the top right
    • Under General access, change it from Restricted to Anyone with the link
    • Set the permission to Can edit
    • Send the link here via DM

    That'll give us the best shot at figuring out what's happening.

    Hi wonderful_Ripplec70e, thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the slowdown, that's a big jump from what you're used to.


    A couple of quick things to confirm:

    • Which browser and device are you using?

    • Does switching to a different browser or an incognito window make any difference?

    • Have you tried a different network?


    In the meantime, a workaround a few others have had success with:
    → Turn off your browser's security features/extensions
    → Create a brand-new project and copy your video into that new project
    → Try downloading from there
