I love Adobe Express, the mobile app especially.
I made a 4 minute video on the PC app and it will not download no matter where I try to send it, download, dropbox, google drive, etc. etc.
Help! hahah
Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if the video has any clips or assets used from your local device or from Adobe stock? Are you getting any error messages?
Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
