Question

Video not saving properly Adobe Express

I am having problems downloading videos from Adobe Express. A simple gif with images downloads with a jumpy speed which makes it unusable. Please advise me what to do. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you try downloading pdf after clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using, or you may also try to work in incognito browser mode to see if that makes any difference? Also, Is it happening with a specific project or with all projects? Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error for reference?
