VIdeo uploading not finishing.

Question

Everytime I try to download my videos, it tells me the file is working on 18 uploads and won't let me download  it until the 18 uploads finish, which never happens.

Hi @GassedMask, We're sorry for the delay. Could you please let us know which platform you're using? Are you on Desktop or Mobile? Are you trying to upload or download the video files? If you're on a desktop, try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. You may also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and see if that helps. Regards,Tarun
