Video won't load fully loading on adobe express

Hello,

I keep trying to upload my 20 second video on Adobe Express to create a reel and it would just cut it at 8s. I tried the mobile app and it would just restart my app... on my laptop, when I try to download the current version it says it's done, but it doesn't appear anywhere in my dowloaded files. 

PLS help 🙂

    We're sorry for the delay. Did you use this link for the new Adobe Express version- https://adobe.ly/3KlwPUV? If so, did you try using another browser? When you're using the app on Mobile, try re-installing the app and let us know if that helps.
