Videoauflösung in selbstdefinierter Originalgröße

Ich habe eine Datei im selbstdefinierten Format 3840 x 4320 Pixel angelegt und möchte sie als Video (MP4) herunterladen. Die Dateien, die ich exportiert bekomme, haben dann eine Auflösung von 2160 x 2430 Pixeln. Das bringt mich zur völligen Verzweifelung! Ich benötige zwingend die Originalgröße... Was mache ich falsch?

Hi @Miralila, 

Adobe Express may have certain limitations or preset dimensions for exporting video files (MP4) that might not match your custom size. Adobe Express may automatically reduce the resolution of videos during export to match standard video formats,

the maximum file resolution is 3840 x 2160 (4K) for downloads.
