videos not working in Website for Adobe Express

Videos in My Stuff not supported in the “insert video” section

Trying to include videos in my webpage turned newsletter, but I keep getting this. This is a video from “My Stuff.” Is this just a hiccup?

    Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Is this happening to all videos under ‘Your stuff’? Did you try using another browser to check if that helps? Are you using the same Adobe ID that you use to log in to the community forum?

    Hi, it seems to be glitchy. Some days it works, and some days it doesn’t. Earlier this week I was unable to add any sort of links. I came back to it later, and it worked. 

    I do have some function requests in case you can forward:

     

    1. Would love to edit the button shapes, or add a custom image to be the button
    2. The photo grid overall shape seems to only be a portrait-- would be great to select option for overall landscape grid.
    3. I want to control the padding between sections so that teachers could view my newsletter by advanceing with the arrows. Is there a way to do that?
