Adding to @Kanikas response,  Views for Web Pages is one of our top feature requests & you can find that information here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express?query=webpage. 

Also, it might be a good idea to add your vote and comments there. This will help our product team understand what users are looking for.

Currently this option isn't available in the new version.We are looking into bringing view count functionality for Webpage into Adobe Express. Stay tuned!
