Way to change first frame of animation being blank?

When I animate something, the first frame ends up being the blank image (or whatever it is without text/animation) and then the content is animated. But that means when I try to post them somewhere, the preview just shows that first frame! Is there any way to make it so animations start at the "end," at the completed project, and THEN animate? Or some way to pull the final frame to the front? Thanks so much for any help.
