I am getting this error with all of my files that I am trying to download from my paid subscription with Adobe Express. Any ideas on what I can do to solve it?

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few related questions

- Does the same thing happen in different browsers? Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.
- Are you working on image or video files?
- Can you share an example file with the issue?
