I am trying to download a video, but whenever I press download, a prompt appears, saying “We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.” This issue has been going on for nearly a week. I’ve searched several previous posts on the forum, but none of the solutions seem to work. Using a different browser and using incognito did not work. When I tried to duplicate the file, it did not let me, saying that while file sync is in process, the file cannot be duplicated. Is there anything more I can try in order to download the file?
