I am trying to download a video, but whenever I press download, a prompt appears, saying “We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.” This issue has been going on for nearly a week. I’ve searched several previous posts on the forum, but none of the solutions seem to work. Using a different browser and using incognito did not work. When I tried to duplicate the file, it did not let me, saying that while file sync is in process, the file cannot be duplicated. Is there anything more I can try in order to download the file?

    Hi ​@Sol1969 

     

    I checked your logs and it seems the thing that’s blocking download is related to the “enhance speech” action. Do you recall having used this feature, and did that appear to complete successfully?

     

    Also, could you try duplicating the file from https://express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files; perhaps that will work?

    Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please share the project URL with us via community DM  with edit rights so we can investigate this further? Also, Is it happening with all the projects, or is it a specific project type with which you face this issue?
