I’ve opened a document to edit in Adobe Express, upgraded to a paid account so that I can download the file, but have been getting this error message when trying to download, duplicate, or share the file. It’s been like this for a couple hours now. Please help! 😥

    Hi @christie_0716

Really sorry this happened (I tried this exact workflow, and I my file was correctly saved, and I was able to download it)

If you have the browser tab with Express still open, with the file loaded, what happens if you click the Express icon on the top left; does it prevent you from leaving with a dialog like this?

Also, if you still have the file open, I wonder if you select all (CMD/CTRL+A), Copy (CMD/CTRL+C), and Paste (CMD/CTRL+V) to a blank Express file with the same page size (https://express.adobe.com/new) in another browser tab?

    Hi @christie_0716

If you go to https://express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files and click on the … menu one the thumbnail for your file, there should be a Share menu. Does that menu work? If so, please send me a direct message, so we can arrange file-sharing (to help investigate further).

To send a direct message, visit my profile https://community.adobe.com/members/abhi-g-at-adbe-1258728 and click “Send Message”.

    Thanks

Hi Abhi, the file isn’t in there. I don’t think it’s been saved / still in the process of trying to save it?

Oh. But when you had said “I’ve opened a document to edit in Adobe Express,” where did you open it from? Was it a template rather than one of your own files?
