I am using the Web and Desktop Adobe Express .Ink app (downloaded in the last 48 hours) and trying to generate animations from voice recordings, I have the above error (Image attached below), seen it on all of the community and error affiliate threads that go back into September 2024 (although similar ones appear from way before then, surely this shouldn't take that long to fix a bug), followed all noted steps to clear the error on my part and no definitive fix. I have spoken to other students and they are still affected. This issue makes it impossible for us to submit our projects on time. Can this be rectified?
