Webpage creation very limited?

Hello -

I would love to use Adobe Express to create online newsletters/webpages. But I am finding it to be very limited in design. For example, I'd love to put 3-4 buttons across the top (like a table of contents). But you can only put one button?

Also, if I do split view with text on one side and a corresponding pic on the other, the margins for the text is tiny and there's no way to adjust the margins, font, anything.

Are there going to be updates to webpage design coming? Thanks -
