Website images made in Adobe Spark.

Question

I recently discovered Adobe Spark for Instagram story highlights covers. My website's [URL removed by moderator] were accidentally deleted and there is no backup available. Is it possible to create images in Adobe Spark and embed them into the website. Is it good practice and is there copyright?
