What happened to just dragging & dropping an image to start a new project?

A month or so ago, I could drag and drop an image into Express and basically start working on the intended project. 
Now, I have to upload it from my computer or where ever. 

Please bring back the drag and drop function.

    Hi ​@Oh.N8, I dragged and dropped the image to the first tile ‘Start from your content’, and it seems to upload and give the option to start editing. 

    Let me know if you’re having a different experience.
