What happened to the Text Mask/ Text Cutout tool?

I am tryign to create a text mask for some text to create a 'window' effect looking through to the video underneath. I'm sure there used to be an option to make a text mask that woudl do this but I can no longer find this? Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Welcome to the community! I'd like to inform you that you use the Text cutout option under the shapes (Cutout text). Please check the screenshot below for more info-

 

You need to double-click on the option given under shapes. Let us know if that helps.
