What's going on with Adobe Express?

I'm far from advanced level experience, but I always had been able to open Adobe Express, select backgrounds, and get right to work creating Social Media images. Now all I get is a black screen.
No functionality at all.

I've made dozens of PNG images for Twitter and Instagram on Express now it's useless. What did they do to it?

Would you mind telling us which platform are you working on (Android, iOS or Webapp)? Since when are you having trouble with this issue? Also, if possible, please share the screenshot or screen recording of the issue to investigate it better.
