Question

When can we add videos to the webpage portfolio? It says it is currently unsupported so do we need to make portfolios in a different format for now?

I want to add videos onto the website portfolio I’m currently making. I can add images, but videos are unsupported at the moment apart from if you added it as a singular video. I wanted to add for example four videos in a row together that you could click on and play.

Additionally, if you’ve got four pictures in a row is there any update coming where you can put text under each individual picture instead of summary caption under all?

Hi @KP, thanks for sharing your feedback.

Currently, Adobe Express webpages don't support embedding playable videos directly within the page, which is why you're seeing the "currently unsupported" message. However, as a workaround, you can upload your videos to YouTube or Vimeo, then add a thumbnail image or button in your Express webpage that links to the video.

Also,if you're using short clips, you can export them as GIFs and add them as images. They'll autoplay and loop, although they won't include audio.

Regarding your second suggestion, adding individual captions beneath each image in a row isn't currently supported. We can see how that would make portfolio layouts much more flexible. I’d suggest you submit both of these as feature requests on Adobe Express UserVoice.

Our product team regularly reviews the feedback shared there, and other users can upvote ideas they'd like to see implemented.

    Hope this helps!
