When I save my collage it is blank?

Can anyone help please.

I just want to create a basic side by side collage but when I save it, it is blank.

Are you signed in via the browser?

If you can post any screenshots of what you're seeing, that might help.

I have the same problem. It downloads a file but when you go to open the file, it is blank
