When will my Adobe Express App Version Files be restored?

Can anyone let me know when to expect my files to reappear in Projects? I have lost everything prior to "update" ! I don't care about web version. I use the app version on my ipad and have years of projects I need access to. I was told by Adobe over a phone call, not to worry, all would be resotred. I really need access to a project asap.

Anyone have news?
