When will the UI will be updated by removing the annoying floating menu?

The floating menu does not help, it takes premium space of the artboard view that is needed to design. It can’t be removed, moved, turned off or anything.

Just leave the editiing options on the left side panel, or at least give an option to switch it off. 
This menu makes it difficult to see the top edge of the artwork, because of that annoying menu.

Why don’t you ask users before doing this? Do better Adobe
