Where does the content go from adobe spark when adobe changed it to express?

I was out of the country for years and I was happy with my template from adobe spark, but now I wanted to change the content now that Im back.  Where do I find the spark template content I made before adobe express??? Most of it was just portfolio links but there was a tremendous amount of text that was only on the template. Where is this info stored or should I accept that it is gone forever? Please heeeeeelp!?
