Where’s Adobe Spark Page?

Spark page is and has been a very useful tool. I can use it on my old iPad but there is no way of downloading it on the latest iPad. It's been promised to work on adobe express but after looking through Express it doesn't seem possible to access Spark page for creating web pages there..

It would be great to have an update about how to access it on Adobe Express. 

This software is useful in education for presentations etc it should be made available for newer devices.
