Where's the double exposure option?

I downloaded express for the first time, but the tutorials I found on YouTube don't match the current ui. I want to double expose, looked up the tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/guided-mode-fun.html#DoubleExposureGuidedEdit

But the step that says to select guided is confusing. Where's the guided button? When I open express all I see is my gallery and image selection. Inside the app there's no labels and no option to add an image.
