White boxes appear when exporting PDF for print

When I download my file to PDF for printing, everything looks great in Acrobat and other viewers but when I upload the file to my printing website (Got Print) several large white boxes appear. It appears to have something to do with the shadows being applied to layers but I cannot figure out how to fix it! Is there a way to flatten layers in Adobe Express?

I've attached the file as it looks in Acrobat and then how it appears in Got Print.

Hi @debig45638036

When you save in a raster format such as jpg or png, layers get flattened. I recommend just ensuring you have a high-resolution image, such as 1050 x 600 pixels when saving.

Best,

Dave
