Whole projects disappearing

I’ve now lost a second project.. which I’ve spent the whole month working on… and it is urgently needed. I need this case to be escalated to a high up manager. It is totally unacceptable that work is entrusted to Adobe servers and it just vanishes. More than just a once-off case. I can no longer trust Adobe to save my work…. I am devastated. How am I supposed to meet my deadlines if I have to start from scratch again. And what will go missing next?

I have also had multiple projects just disappear from adobe express!
I wonder if it has anything to do with logging on with another computer in incognito mode. Ever since I did that, I have not seen the projects created from before this time.

I sincerely hope a fix is being worked on, because this has huge ramifications for adobe clients.

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!

 

I understand your frustration. Could you provide us with more info as to what platform you were working on? Since when are you having this issue? 

Did you try signing out and back in using the same login method? Also, I'd recommend you try using the Adobe Express webapp on incognito/private browser mode to check if the lost projects reappear.
